Privacy Policy

Dinosaur collects no data. Not about you, not about your device, not about how you play.

This policy covers the Dinosaur app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, published by Net Error. It is effective as of September 3, 2026.

What the app does not do

• It has no servers of its own and sends nothing to us.
• It contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code.
• It includes no third-party software development kits.
• It has no accounts, sign-ups, chat, or user-generated content.
• It never asks for your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

What stays on your device

Your progress (stars, high scores, coins, and the colorways you own) and your settings (music, sound, haptics, iCloud sync) are stored only on the device you play on. Deleting the app deletes them.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, the app reports your endless scores and the achievements you earn to Apple, so they appear on the leaderboards and in your Game Center profile. Apple operates Game Center under its own privacy terms; we do not receive your Game Center identity or your individual scores. Apple shows us only aggregate, anonymous statistics in App Store Connect. Signing out of Game Center stops all reporting, and the game plays identically signed out.

iCloud sync

The iCloud Sync switch in the app's settings, on by default, mirrors your progress into your own iCloud account so that it follows you across your devices. The data goes only to Apple's iCloud, under your Apple Account and Apple's privacy terms. We cannot read it. Your equipped colorway and your settings never sync. Turning the switch off stops all reading and writing; the copy already in your iCloud account stays there under Apple's terms until the app, with sync on, replaces it with your current progress.

Crash reports and usage statistics

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's privacy settings, Apple may pass us anonymized crash reports and usage statistics. Apple collects and anonymizes that data under its own policy; we receive nothing that identifies you.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. It has no chat, no purchases, and no links to outside content except the pages of this website.

Your choices

• Delete the app to remove all data it stored on your device.
• Turn off iCloud Sync to stop mirroring your progress.
• Sign out of Game Center to stop reporting scores and achievements.

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on request. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will look into it.

Changes

If the app ever starts collecting data, this policy will say so before that version ships, with a new effective date at the top.
